Event Service Terms

OFFICE HOURS & RESPONSE TIMES


Events team available Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm (response time within 24–48 hours via TripleSeat guest portal) DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Final food orders must be confirmed 5 business days prior to the event, and the final guest count must be provided at least 48 hours before the event. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 10 business days prior to the event are subject to the full minimum event fee. Events may be rescheduled up to 5 business days prior without penalty. 


OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGES


All food and beverage must be provided by Ace Golf Bar & Lounge. Outside food and beverage is not permitted. 


SERVICE FEES & AUTO-GRATUITY


Professional service staff are included (bartenders, chefs, etc). If security is deemed necessary, the venue will arrange and bill accordingly. A 20% auto-gratuity is applied to all food and beverage charges, along with a 5% coordination fee on the event subtotal. A standard cleaning fee is included; additional fees may apply for excessive cleanup. Please note: As required by federal and provincial tax laws, auto-gratuity and service fees are subject to HST. 


RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT


Guests must abide by Ace Golf Bar’s safety rules and code of conduct. Media use (photos/videos) for promotional purposes may occur unless otherwise requested in writing.
