We're Upgrading Our Booking System! 🏌️

We're excited to share that Ace Golf Bar & Lounge is moving to a new and improved booking platform on Playbypoint — designed to make reserving your bay faster, easier, and more convenient.

Here's everything you need to know.

• When is the change happening?
  Sunday, July 26 is the last day to book through our current system (YourGolfBooking). We're closed Monday, July 27, and starting Tuesday, July 28, all reservations move over to Playbypoint.

• Do I need a new account?
  No. If you had an account with our prior service provider, YourGolfBooking, it has automatically transferred to our new provider, PlaybyPoint. This transfer was made in compliance with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), as your information was moved for the same original purpose — managing your bookings — as part of a service provider change to serve you better, not for a new use of your data. Ace Golf ensures your information is handled with the same privacy protections on the new platform, and if you have questions or would like to request its deletion, you're welcome to contact us directly at info@acegolfbar.ca. When you book on Playbypoint for the first time, log in with the same email address you used with YourGolfBooking and create a unique password. This ensures everything tied to your profile carries over correctly.

• How far in advance can I book?
  No change here — our booking window still opens two weeks in advance, same as always.

• What happens to my account credits?
  All your existing credits will be automatically migrated to Playbypoint — nothing is lost, and there's nothing you need to do.

• I have a gift card. Is it still valid?
  Absolutely. All gift cards will be honoured. To redeem one, just email us at info@acegolfbar.ca and we'll take care of it.

• Did the cancellation policy change?
  No — our cancellation policy stays exactly the same. Bookings may be cancelled at no charge via our booking website, email, or phone call up to 48 hours before the start of your booking (the "Cancellation Period"). Once the Cancellation Period has passed, the reservation is final and no modifications or changes are allowed. Refunds or credit, if applicable, are issued at the sole discretion of Ace Golf Bar & Lounge.

What's new with Playbypoint?
A few things we think you'll love:

• Add your fellow players to your reservation. If they already have an account with us, you can add them directly. Not sure who's joining yet, or they don't have an account? Just add them as a guest.

• Store your credit card on file for faster, easier booking and checkout.

• Book on the go with our app, available on both iOS and Android.

How do I book after July 28?
Head to Playbypoint via the web, or download the app ([iOS link] / [Android link]), sign in with your YGB email, pick your time and bay, and you're set.
